merge group
place sparkles.png stretch to canvas size duplicate
turn duplicate sideways center both then add dropshadow
place sparkle.png center add dropshadow
place frame1.png
place frame.png on top of frame1 sized to fit inside frame1 merge add Dropshadow
place dog.png position to left add dropshadow
place hearts,png position as shown add dropshadow
place kitty.png flip position to right add dropshadow
place fan.png downsize position as shown add dropshadow
place singlerose.png duplicate flip one position to left add dropshadow
place tube downsize sharpen position so she is sitting on the edge of frame add dropshadow
position second single rose.png to right as shown add dropshadow

add credits and name you are done :)
