Start with 800x800 canvas
Load pp10 add mask of choice merge group
Load E City1 place towards top horizontal centered add DS
Stand on mask layer
Load E Doodle 1 position at top right behind city element
Duplicate Doodle1x3 flip first copy sideways
Flip second copy Down
Flip 3rd copy sideways then down position all on the four corners as seen in mine Add DS to all four copies
Load E Ribbon4 place to bottom add DS
Load E Rose1 place  over left side of ribbon add DS
Load Frame1 select want click inside frame invert place pp06
over frame delete key while standing on pp
standing on frame select wand click inside frame flood fill with close up
standing on closeup layer select effects, artistist effects, posterize
standing on pp06 layer ...effects, artistist effects, neon edges
Merge frame1 closeup and pp06
Add tube position above ribbon at base of city add DS
position merged frame1 behind tube
Add Font
add credits
