Starting at the bottom

Deselect (turn eye off) Raster 1 layer

Stand on Black rectangle layer  SA, F, DF,  CNRL FF with pp04 texture add DS

Stand on rectangle Fill layer SA, F, DF,  CNRL FF with pp018 texture add DS

Select Frame fill layer SA, F, DF,  CNRL FF with pp03 texture add DS 

Select Frame layer SA, F, DF,  CNRL FF with pp04 texture add DS 

Select Bottom Rectangle Layer SA, F, DF,  CNRL FF with pp022 texture add DS

Select Pink Rectangle layer SA, F, DF,  CNRL FF with pp013 texture add DS

Select Black Frame Fill Layer SA, F, DF,  CNRL FF with pp01 texture add DS

Select Frames Layer SA, F, DF,  CNRL FF with pp03 texture add DS 

Add in new layer Flame.png 150% center in template  OG S5 OP80% add DS

Select Purple Frame Fill Layer SA, F, DF,  CNRL FF with pp01 texture add DS

Add in EmoGirl 25% size to left Purple Frame Layer and center on it then add  OG10 OP80%, Add DS

Add in EmoGirl3 25% size to right Purple Frame Layer and center on it then add  OG10 OP80%, Add DS

Select Frames Layer SA, F, DF,  CNRL FF with pp03 texture add DS

Add new layer element starscatter1.png duplicate OG5 OP80% center over bottom of tubes add DS

Add new layer elemnet sparkles duplicate x4 

center 1st sparkle over bottom of two tubes and then repeat with 3 more one right above the last

center last spakle over top of hair on the two tubes

Add new layer element ribbon3 duplicate plcw first ribbon on right side of bottom as seen in my tag OG S5 OP80% add DS

mirror the duplicate ribbon and place on the left side bottom OG S5 OP80% add DS

Add new layer Element pills.png duplicate place first pills on left side at top outside add DS

place duplicate pills.png mirrored on bottom right outside add DS

Add new layer Element Ribbon2.png duplicate place first ribbon on left side bottom corner add DG

merge all visible copy and paste into new 800 x 800 image 

create new layer element city.jpg place under merged picture size to fit resize image to 450x450 add copyright info and name..........enjoy!
